You have three options of registration available to you:

Complete the registration form and forward it to the below address with a cheque, credit card or remittance advice details.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organiser, prior to 24 July 2009, will receive a fifty (50) percent refund. A refund will not be given after this date, however an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Conference Organiser.
