The Opening Summit will feature a question and answer panel session facilitated by ABC TV Senior Journalist, Tony Jones (presenter of both Lateline and Q&A) with national and international industry leaders.
The theme of the Panel Session is ‘Leading Future Networks for Customers’ and industry leaders George Maltabarow (Chair of Energy Networks Association), Heather Ridout (Chief Executive, Ai Group), Guido Bartels (Chair of Gridwise Alliance, USA), Ed Willett (Commisioner ACCC and Board Member of Australian Energy Regulator) and Perry Sioshansi (President, Menlo Energy Economics, Opening Summit - Leading Future Networks for Customers USA) will participate in an interactive session with both the facilitor and the audience.
They will examine the key aspects of CUSTOMERS, CLIMATE CHANGE, COMPETENCIES AND NETWORKS and how these will evolve and impact on the future of electricity and gas, transmission and distribution networks.
