APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED
One of the key differences between Energy 21C and other conferences is the practical, live demonstrations throughout the exhibition area.
All exhibitors are encouraged to use the specially provided areas (Central Exchange, Large Plant and Equipment Areas) or their own exhibition booth to conduct live demonstrations. These demonstrations are generally of 15 minutes duration and showcase how exhibitors products are used and applied in the field.
In 2009, there will be one large central demonstration area, called the Central Exchange. This area will allow Exhibitors to showcase their new equipment and/or techniques with the assistance of utility field staff. Exhibitors are encouraged to undertake joint demonstrations with their utility clients in the Central Exchange area to show how their products and systems are implemented in a practical manner.
Exhibitors will also be able to provide practical demonstrations of their product and systems at their
exhibition booth, where these can be safely and simply managed.
The demonstration activities will be supported by:
- A Program included in the registration pack
- Live camera to screen coverage in the Exhibition Hall
- Live program announcements in the Exhibition Hall
